Upgrade DMG firmware

DuVoice ships all DMG’s with the latest firmware, however if you’re supplying your own you will need to perform this action yourself.

The DMG parsing settings are also not configured by default, so you can use the links below to acquire default parsing configuration for your particular switch.

The upgrade procedure typically takes no more than 90 seconds.

Not all DMG’s use the same firmware so be certain about your model number.

1. Retrieve your DMG model type from the device located on the bottom of the unit.
2. Using your browser go to http://www.dialogic.com/en/products/gateways/download/dmg1000-and-2000-downloads.aspx
3. Login using your dialogic account or create one, they are free. This account will also give you access to the installation guides and support.
4. Choose your model from the download page and download the zip file. This file will also contain default parsing configuration for some PBX models.

1. Unzip the file contents into a folder of your choice.
2. Login to the DMG. The default username is admin, password IpodAdmin.
3. Choose Upgrade under the System menu on the left.
4. Choose the browse button and select the .PKG file from the folder you created in step 1.
5. Choose Install File.
6. When it is fully installed choose Restart from the menu on the left.
