Hunt Groups

The Push Server will send a push message if it detects a hunt group is being called.  You may add as many hunt groups as you need to the system.  When someone calls a hunt group, the Push Server is notified that the hunt group is ringing but not the actual stations in that group.

The Extensions box on the left lists all configured IP phones.  The Hunt Groups drop-down list box on the right lists all currently configured hunt groups and the box beneath it lists the extensions currently associated with the selected hunt group.

Add Hunt Group

To add a hunt group, enter the hunt group number directly in the drop-down list box and then click Add to add it.

Delete Hunt Group

To delete a hunt group, select the group number using the drop-down list box and then click Delete to remove it.

Add Extensions to a Hunt Group

To add extensions to a hunt group, first select the hunt group number using the drop-down list box.  Then, select the extensions you wish to add from the Extension list box on the left and click on the >> button to add them to the hunt group list box on the right.  To select multiple extensions at one time, press and hold the CTRL key while clicking on the desired extensions.

Remove Extensions from a Hunt Group

To remove extensions from a hunt group, first select the hunt group number using the drop-down list box.  Then, select the extensions you wish to remove from the list box on the right (below the drop-down list box) and click on the << button to remove them from the hunt group and re-add them to the Extensions list box on the left.  To select multiple extensions at one time, press and hold the CTRL key while clicking on the desired extensions.
