Logon

When you first boot a DV2000/DV4 messaging system, you will be presented with a login screen that allows you to select a user name and enter a password.  If your system only has one account, you may only be prompted for the password.

To logon, click on the icon associated with your user name and enter the password.  The default values are:

Passwords are case-sensitive.  For example, if you are using the default settings shown above, you must enter the password using all lowercase letters.

Note: These instructions are relative to a DV2000/DV4 system (or kit install) that is running Windows 7.  If you are using a different version of Windows, the logon process may differ, but the default user account and password should be the same.
