Testing

The right-click context menu provides some options for testing message delivery and handling, as shown in the figure below:

Selecting this option sends a test voice message to the selected mailbox(es). It is used to test message delivery.

The message is copied from voice prompt 2079 and has the default recording This is a test message send by the voice mail system in order to verify message delivery. You may delete this message at any time. Thank you.

Selecting this option sends a test email message to the selected mailbox(es) using the Email 0 address in each mailbox. It is used to test delivery of email to the Email 0 address and validate the SMTP configuration.

The email subject line will be set to Email Test Message and the body will be blank.
