InnDesk has the ability to show your site name and location.  This information will appear on all screens and reports generated by InnDesk.  These settings are optional and can be changed at anytime.

 

To change the branding settings, follow these steps:

1.From any browser, access InnDesk and login using an administrator account.  This can be done from the homepage of InnDesk.  Enter your username and password in the boxes provided in the upper right corner (as shown below) and then click Login.

2.In the address bar add /install to the address shown.  For example:

 

http://localhost/inndesk/install

 

3.Both fields are optional.  However, if you do not enter a Hotel Name, the location will never be shown regardless of any other settings.

4.Click Ok to save the settings.

 

The figure below shows how the Hotel Name and Location may appear for a given site:

In this case, the hotel name is ACME Hotel and the hotel location is Kirkland, WA.
