Messages page

The Messages page displays information about all new messages in the group mailbox, as shown below:

The messages table contains the following information:

Column	Description
Date	Full date and time the message was received. Formatted as: year/month/day hour:minute:second, using 24-hour notation for the time.
From	Extension or caller ID of the caller who left the message. If it is from an external caller and the caller ID is not known, then Outside caller will be displayed.
Length (secs)	Length of message in seconds.

Messages are stored in the group mailbox indefinitely unless explicitly deleted by the administrator of the group mailbox. When a group member is checked in, all stored messages are sent as new messages to that room's mailbox. When a new message is left in the group mailbox, it is copied to all occupied member rooms but is not sent to any members room currently marked as vacant.
