The InnDesk web software is designed to provide easy access to room and wakeup call status information, as provided by the DV2000/DV4 system.

 

You can access InnDesk by opening your web browser (such as Mozilla FireFox or Google Chrome) and entering the following web address in the address bar:

 

http://localhost/inndesk

 

An alternative form would be to replace localhost with the name of the server (i.e., the machine name of the DV2000/DV4 system), if you know it.

 

After entering the address, click Enter and the browser should display the InnDesk Home page, as shown below:

In the logged out state, you can only view the home page and the various reports.  To access the full range of features available to you, you must first log into a valid account.

 

The default administrator account credentials are listed below. For security reasons, you should change the password once InnDesk is configured or create a new administrator account and delete this one.

Once you have logged into a valid account, the full menu of options will be made available, as shown above.
