To view the report of failed wakeup calls:
1. | From any browser, access InnDesk and login using a valid account. This can be done from the homepage of InnDesk. Enter your user name and password in the boxes provided in the upper right corner (as shown below) and then click Login. |
2. | From the menu, select Reports | Wakeup Calls | Failed. |
3. | By default, the report displays only the failed wakeup calls that have occurred today. Use the Start Date and End Date controls to specify the date range you would like the report to cover, then click OK to generate the new report. |
The report is provides the following information (each row represents a single failed wakeup call):

The guest name assigned to the specified Room (at the time of the call).

The date and time the wakeup call was scheduled to occur.
