The Room Wakeup/Reports page is divided into several sections.  Each will be discussed in turn.

Log Selection

By default, the Current Wakeup Log section (discussed below) contains the current wakeup data; that is, the wakeup activity since the room was last checked in (if it is occupied) or since it was last checked out (if it is vacant).  However, you can use the drop-down list box in this section to select a different report to view and then click View to load that reports data into the Current Wakeup Log table.

Reports are distinguished by the date and time the room was checked out.  So if you need to review wakeup activity for a guest who checked out of the room on the morning of November 1, 2013, you would look for an entry in the drop-down list that has the date 2013/11/01.  If for some reason there was more than one check out on that date, you would look for the entry with a morning time.

Room Quick Links

This section provides a button that, when clicked, will open the Guest Services page for the selected room.
