To check a room in (or out) or change the guest name, maid status or other settings:
1. | From any browser, access InnDesk and login using a valid account. This can be done from the homepage of InnDesk. Enter your username and password in the boxes provided in the upper right corner (as shown below) and then click Login. |
2. | From the menu, select Guest Services | Manage Room: |
3. | Click on one of the tabs to select a page of settings to review or edit. |

Use this page to check a room in or out or to change the guest name, the assigned language, the maid status and/or the room description.

Use the page to review which group(s) the room is a member of.

Use this page to change the text message count for the room.

Use this page to change the phone class of service or to change the phone's DND status.
These options depend on configuration and may not be available.

Wakeups

Use this page to set or cancel wakeup calls, and review pending wakeup calls, for this room.
