The Wakups page displays all currently pending wakeup calls scheduled for this room and provides a form you can use to create or cancel wakeup calls.

Pending Calls

This table lists any and all pending wakeup calls (for this room only).  The scheduled time of the call is formatted as: year/month/day hour:minute AM/PM.

 

Cancel a Wakeup

To cancel a wakeup call, check the box in each row you want to cancel (or check the box in the header row to select all pending wakeup calls) and then click the Cancel button.  You will be prompted to confirm; click OK to cancel the selected wakeup call(s).

 

Create

This form may be used to schedule a new wakeup call for this room.

 

Enter the hour and minute in the boxes provided, using the 12-hour format, and then select either AM or PM.  Then use the date picker to select the day for the wakeup; by default, it is set to tomorrow's date.

 

If you want the wakeup to repeat at the same time daily until the guest checks out (or the call is canceled), check the Repeat Daily box.

 

To schedule the call, click Set.  To cancel the call (if it already exists), click Cancel.
