To schedule wakeup calls for a group:
1. | From any browser, access InnDesk and login using a valid account. This can be done from the homepage of InnDesk. Enter your username and password in the boxes provided in the upper right corner (as shown below) and then click Login. |
2. | From the menu, select Wakeup Calls | Group: |
3. | Use the list box in the Group Create section to select a group number. The page will update to show the fields for setting the wakeup call as well as the list of group members. |
4. | Use the provided boxes to enter the hour and minute, select AM or PM and select the date for the wakeup call. Check the Repeat Daily box if you want the call to be automatically rescheduled for the same time each subsequent day until the rooms are checked out or the call is canceled. |
5. | If you want to exclude any group members (so that a wakeup will not be scheduled for them), uncheck the box next to the room number in the Members list.. |
6. | When finished, click Set to schedule all of the wakeup calls at once. |
7. | If you click Reset, all fields will be reset to their default values and you can start over again. |
