To view the DID list:
1. | From any browser, access InnDesk and login using a valid account. This can be done from the homepage of InnDesk. Enter your username and password in the boxes provided in the upper right corner (as shown below) and then click Login. |
2. | From the menu, select Reports | DID List: |
The DND report contains the following information:

The assigned room (mailbox) number.
If the DID number is currently unassigned, this field will be set to None.

DID Number
|
The DID number.
|
Last Assigned
|
The date and time the DID number was last assigned to a room.
If the DID number has never been assigned to a room (via the PMS), this field will be set to Not assigned. Manual assignment via System Configuration does not change this field.
