To view the message status report:
| 1. | From any browser, access InnDesk and login using a valid account. This can be done from the homepage of InnDesk. Enter your username and password in the boxes provided in the upper right corner (as shown below) and then click Login. |
| 2. | From the menu, select Reports | Message Status: |
The Message Status report contains the following information:

Room
|
The room (mailbox) number.
|
Guest
|
The guest name assigned to this room.
|
Text Msgs
|
The number of text messages for this room.
|
Voice Msgs
|
The number of new voice messages in the room mailbox.
|
Note: Only rooms that actually have messages are displayed. Rooms where both Text Msgs and Voice Msgs are set to 0 will not be included.
