Features

The Features menu provides options for configuring a variety of system features.  Some menu items may be disabled if the associated features have not been licensed for your system.

The current list of features includes:

 

Feature

Description

ANI/DID Routing

Allows you to route DID numbers to mailboxes (or take other actions) based on the integration data received from the PBX.

Connectors

Allows you to configure connections to external services or devices, such as a PBX system.

Emergency Alert

Allows you to configure the list of emergency numbers to monitor for.  This feature is only available if licensed and if the PBX is an Avaya IP Office with CTI Pro.

Hookstate Monitor

Allows you to configure the offhook monitor service (if licensed).  The hookstate monitor can only be used to monitor analog phones on an Avaya IP Office with CTI Pro (and with TAPI enabled).

Hospitality

Allows you to configure the PMS link and other settings that control what data the hospitality server communicates to the PMS (and, if relevant, to the PBX).

Language

Allows you to configure which languages (prompt sets) are enabled on the system, and which one is considered the default language.  This is also where you configure the date and time formats.

Martec Interface

Allows you to configure the interface to the Martec emergency alert system.  This is an IVR add-on to the DV2000/DV4 that must be licensed separately.

Push Server

Allows you to configure the settings for the Push Server.  This option is only available if the PBX is an Avaya IP Office, with TAPI enabled.

Translation Table

Allows you to add, edit and delete entries in the global translation table.

VeMail

Allows you to configure the email server settings for VeMail notifications.  These settings are also used for email notifications.
