Passing PMS Data to the ACM

Purpose

How to configure the DV2000/DV4 system and a connected Avaya ACM to support passing PMS data through the DV2000/DV4 to the ACM.

 

Description

This document provides guidelines for the configuration of the ACM system to accommodate the passing of PMS data to the ACM system from the DV2000/DV4 system.

Requirements

A static IP address must be assigned to the DV2000/DV4 as the Avaya ACM will use that address to establish a TCP/IP connection to the system.
The Avaya ACM must be licensed to support both the Hospitality (Basic) and Hospitality (G3V3 Enhancements) options, as discussed in the section Configure the ACM.
