Add Mailbox Manually

To manually create a range of new mailboxes:

1.Run Mailbox Administration.
2.Select Mailbox | Range Create from the main menu.
3.Click Next.
4.Enter the starting mailbox number.
5.Enter the number of mailboxes to create.
6.Select the mailbox type.  You can also opt to select a mailbox template or an existing mailbox to copy from, but it generally easier and sufficient to just select a mailbox type.

For example, you would typically select the Standard type for all employee or staff mailboxes.  And, for a hospitality installation, you would generally choose Guest for all guest room mailboxes.

7.Click Finish.
8.When the Mailbox Editor opens, make any adjustments you want (if any) and then click OK.
