The Integrations menu provides options for configuring the PBX integration(s) used by the system.
IntegrationsSelecting this option opens a dialog box that allows you to view, edit, copy, delete, create and import PBX integration templates. These options are discussed in greater detail in the PBX Integration section.
TAPI IntegrationIf there is a check mark next to this option, then the TAPI service is configured and running, otherwise it is not. Selecting the option opens the TAPI Configuration dialog, which can be used to select the TAPI provider and define any special codes for RNA, Busy and/or Immediate Record.
Note: If the DuVoice service is currently running, you cannot configure TAPI and all options on the dialog will be disabled.
