Professional Services Includes

Installation Requirements & Scheduling

The on-site technician is responsible for programming the hunt group and line assignments on the telephone system, followed by the post cut-over testing process to verify system functionality.

Minimum 1 Week Lead Time

Professional Services requires a minimum of one week advance scheduling.

Scheduled Support Hours

Services are scheduled between 8AM and 5PM Pacific Standard Time.
