Change mailbox settings

The flowchart below shows how to change the password for a group mailbox.

As shown, when you select the change password option you will be prompted to enter your new password (followed by the # key) and then to enter it again (followed by the # key) to confirm it.

Passwords cannot begin with 0, and must contain at least 1 digit (however, the exact minimum length depends on the class of service).
