Reset language at check out

Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

By default, the language assigned to a guest mailbox is not changed at check out.  However, if this setting is enabled, then whenever a guest mailbox is checked out, the language will be reset to Use Default.  This is useful if your site is changing the room language via the PMS or InnDesk as part of the check in process and you want the language to be reset to a default selection at check out.

To configure the hospitality service to reset the language selection at check out, follow these steps:

1.  Using Activity Monitor, stop the voice mail service.
