Configure the guest subscriber menu |

Whether the guest can schedule a wakeup call from the subscriber menu of the room mailbox is entirely configurable. You can disable the option altogether or have it transfer the guest to the operator, or you can allow the guests to schedule the date and time of the calls for themselves.
To configure if the wakeup call option is presented in the guest subscriber menu, and how it is handled, follow these steps:
1. Run the Mailbox Administration application and select Templates | Class of Service. It is not necessary to stop the voice mail service.
2. Click on the Guest COS in the list and then click Edit.
3. Select the Wakeup Calls property page. 4. Check the Enabled box to have the system voice a set wakeup call option in the subscriber menu. Or uncheck the box to disable that option.
Note: This setting is only relevant if the Enabled box in step 4 is checked (enabled).
Note: If this setting is enabled, the guest will not be able to change the date of the call and will not be able to mark it to repeat daily.
