Description

ANI/DID Routing
|
Allows you to route DID numbers to mailboxes (or take other actions) based on the integration packet received from the switch.
|
Connectors
|
Allows you to configure connections to external services or devices, such as a PBX system.
|
Emergency Alert
|
Allows you to define the phone numbers, such as 911, that will trigger emergency alert notifications for any mailbox configured to receive them.
This feature is only available for systems that integrate with an Avaya IP Office PBX with DevLink enabled.

Hookstate Monitor
|
Allows you to configure the offhook monitor service (if it is available). The hookstate monitor is an add-on feature to the DV2000/DV4 that must be licensed before it can be used. It can only be used to monitor analog phones on an Avaya IP Office PBX with CTI Pro (and with TAPI enabled).

Hospitality
|
Allows you to configure hospitality-related options, such as COM port settings for PMS integration.
|
Language
|
Allows you to configure global language settings, such as the date and time formats and the default language.
|
Martec Interface
|
Allows you to configure the interface to the Martec emergency alert system.
The Martec interface is an IVR add-on to the DV2000/DV4 that must be licensed separately.
By default, this option will be disabled and you will not be able to configure the interface. For more information on this service and how to configure and use it, please refer to the Martec System Interface section of the manual.

Push Server
|
Allows you to configure settings for the Push Server.
The Push Server is only available if you are using the Avaya IP Office and have the TAPI feature enabled.

Translation Table
|
Allows you to add, edit and delete entries in the global translation table.
|
VeMail
|
Allows you to set up the email server settings for VeMail notifications (also used for Email Notification).
